The advantages of single girder traveling cranes are evident with load capacities up to 20 tons and spans up to 120 feet.

Product Advantages

Low dead weight and more headroom by using a low headroom monorail hoist. It is the most economical solution in buildings with a span over 90 ft.
Lower production cost, and therefore lower price, than a double girder model.

ELV & ELK Examples

This installation at a manufacturer of roll forming equipment consists of 15 structural girder cranes with capacities from 1/2 to 5 tons. This installation includes five bridge crane runways, with lengths varying from 70 to 250 feet. Nearly all of the cranes are used in workstation areas.

Six single girder cranes of various capacities are utilized at a Midwest tool and die plant.

Monobox construction allows a 95 foot span on these 10 ton single girder cranes. Spans up to 120 feet are possible.
